Q. How can I control doors within buildings and control access with different people.
A. It is quite simple to set up a master key system. Each area has a different key with 1, 2, or 3 different master keys controlling multiple doors or buildings. If you are the boss, you can have one key that fits them all.

Q. I want to give the maid a key, but I am afraid that she will duplicate the key and have access to my home even if I let her go. What can I do?
A. Install high security locks with a restricted key. We provide Medico locks. The key you give her cannot be copied without your permission. If you let her go, get her key back and you can be assured that no one will have access. If not, simply re – key. These locks are also very resistant to picking and drilling. This adds and additional level of security to your home or business.

Q. I have a gate that is accessed by many people within my community. We want to know who and when people are accessing the area. How can this be done?
A. A card key or proximity reader allow access to the lock, records the user and time. Information can be read real time to a master computer or downloaded form memory on a regular basis. Anyone not allowed in for any reason can be un-programmed, and their access denied at any point.

Q. I have the code to the key. How do I get a new key made.
A. Simply bring us the code. Our extensive database will usually give us the settings and we can cut the key on our equipment. We stock thousands of key blanks for most common key sets.

Q. I want to install a deadbolt. Is that easy?
A. A simple service call will complete most installations. Simply choose the hardware you want, we come and install it. As a note, Medico has a high security deadbolt that is resistant to tampering; added security.

Q. How can I monitor my home or office remotely?
A. A simple video surveillance system can provide up to 16 camera views to an internet connection that you can view from anywhere with internet access. The system records video, can trip an alarm based on motion within the camera view, and can even see at night. A simple install of remote view software, access code, and password ensure that only you can see what is going on.

Q. How can a safe be installed in the floor once the building is complete?
A. Our expert installers can install a safe in any area with about 2 feet of clearance. We cut a new hole in the floor, position the safe, and pour new concrete back to ensure the integrity of slab and safe. This can often be done in a closet, garage, or other place that can be covered and hidden.

Just a note, items placed in a floor safe should be kept in watertight containers or zip lock bags in case of a flood or broken pipe. Floor safes, while fireproof may not seal out moisture under extreme conditions.
